Academic Approach

Committed to a Rigorous Learning Experience

We focus on the mastery of the Common Core State Standards and providing learning opportunities which foster communication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking. Through Project Based Learning (PBL), we provide students the skills and ability to work in teams, problem solve, and effectively communicate with others.

Extracurriculars

We offer a range of sports and expanded learning programs for our students, including Little Heroes sports, after-school tutoring and Think Together, Lego Club, Comic Club, and many others.

McCollam School has a strong Parent Teacher Organization which has supported many school activities including Fall Festival, Reindeer Lane Holiday Boutique, School Site Council, English Learning Advisory Committee and many others!
